Welcome to Hannah Royale LLC. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.    Scope of Services

Hannah Royale LLC provides luxury makeup and hairstyling services, including but not limited to:

  • Bridal & Event Makeup and Hairstyling

  • Consultations & Trials

  • Product Recommendations

  • Runway & Fashion Show Beauty Services

 

2.    Booking & Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required to secure any booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Clients must confirm their preferred payment method at least 48 hours before the service date.

  • The remaining balance is due upon service completion on the scheduled date.

  • Payment methods accepted: Cash, Credit Card, or Zelle.

  • A $50 late fee will apply if payment is not received upon service completion.

 

3.    Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Changes to scheduled services must be requested at least 14 days before the service date.

  • If a client cancels within 14 days of the service date, 50% of the remaining balance is due.

  • If a client cancels within 7 days, the full balance is due.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure, such as natural disasters or government restrictions), deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled date, subject to availability.

4.    Artist Substitution

  • If Hannah Royale LLC is unable to fulfill a booking due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a trusted substitute artist will be assigned to ensure the same quality of service.

 

5.    Portfolio & Image Rights

  • By booking our services, clients grant permission for Hannah Royale LLC to use photos taken on the service date for promotional purposes (e.g., portfolio, website, social media).

  • If a client wishes to opt out, they must notify us in writing before the service date.

 

6.    Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide a setup area with a table and proper lighting (natural or artificial) for makeup and hairstyling.

  • Any parking fees or venue-related costs are the responsibility of the client.

 

7.    Liability & Skin Sensitivities

  • All makeup tools and products are sanitized between each use.

  • Clients must inform us of any skin conditions or allergies before the service. Patch tests are available upon request.

  • Hannah Royale LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions if a client fails to disclose skin sensitivities.

 

8.    Travel Fees

  • A travel fee will apply based on the distance to the client’s location. Travel fees will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

9.    Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal information such as name, email, and phone number to process bookings and inquiries.

  • We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic and improve user experience. Google may collect data according to its privacy policies.

  • We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

  • Cookies may be used to enhance browsing experience; users can manage cookie preferences through their browser settings.

  • By using our website, clients consent to our data collection and processing as outlined in this policy.

 

10. Updates to Terms & Conditions

Hannah Royale LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
